Terms and Conditions
| Prices include: | heating, daily cleaning (rooms), change of bathroom inen (every three days), change of bed linen (once a week), access to the swimming pool. |
| Booking policy: | Final confirmation requires a credit card as guarantee and a down payment of 30% of the total amount. The balance is due on arrival. |
| Cancellation policy: | 30% penalty from the date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% penalty from 29 days prior to arrival to the day of arrival, 100% penalty for no show. |
| Early departure: | From the time of arrival, the full amount of the booking will be charged even for shorter stays |
| Arrival: | From 16:30 to 19.00 |
