Terms and Conditions
| Prices include: | heating(10-20 degree),wireless in common living room, cleaning 3 times per week(rooms), change of bathroom linen (every three days), change of bed linen (once a week), access to the swimming pool. |
| Booking policy: | Final confirmation requires a deposit with credit card or bank transfert. The balance is due on arrival. |
| Cancellation policy: | in case of booking cancellation within 40 days befor arrival the fee will be 40%, in case of booking cancellation from 39 day till 10 day befor the arrival the fee will be 70%, from the 9 day till the arrival the fee will be 100%. No show the fee will be 100%. In low season the fee will be on decision of the owners. |
